For Berkley Badger, nothing says “summer fun” in Bonita Springs quite like a clear sky, a pair of fishing sunglasses and a day spent out on the water! A lifelong fisherman, Badger proudly comes from a fishing family of folks from the Florida area. More than just a pastime, the adventure of casting a line to lure in a largemouth bass is a tradition near and dear to the Badgers. Fully embracing all four seasons, the Badger bunch enjoy planning camping trips and other outdoor activities — all year-round. Fishing is always a focal point, no matter what the weather conditions may be. Berkley has always preferred the challenge of unique environments and approaches, like ice fishing.

What is crankbait fishing? A crankbait is a type of fishing lure used in angler fishing. To simulate real live bait, these lures are able to move. Unlike a typical rubber worm lure, the crankbait can be controlled by the fisherman. Berkley Badger loves the ease of imitating a baitfish by being able to control the depth of the lure’s dive beneath the surface of the water. Over the years, Badger has tried out numerous fishing tackle options in his largemouth bass adventures. Along the way, he’s developed quite the collection of unique bait!
